Information about the artwork: Barbie Bitcoin’ is a luminous tribute to feminine power, value, and sovereignty. Created in radiant pink Swarovski crystals this piece draws from the sacred language of Venus; beauty, sensuality, abundance, and harmony. In a digital economy often shaped by masculine energy; aggression, speed, conquest; Barbie Bitcoin reintroduces the feminine as a force not of softness, but of sovereignty. It asks: what if value was shaped by grace? This work reclaims the ultra-feminine aesthetic; long dismissed as superficial; and positions it at the heart of a conversation about wealth, freedom, and the evolving mythology of Bitcoin.
Barbie, the ultimate symbol of curated identity and idealized femininity, becomes a vessel for economic commentary. These Venusian values echoed in this piece with beauty as intelligence, desire as intuition, material as meaning. The Swarovski crystals are not just embellishment; they reflect the multiplicity of light, choice, and perspective. In a world obsessed with scarcity, Barbie Bitcoin radiates excess, allure, and magnetism. This artwork is not satire; It’s an invocation of a future where feminine coded aesthetics are not marginalised but mythologized; where pink is potent and where currency carries curves. Barbie Bitcoin is a jewel of resistance; soft, sparkling and unshakable power.

Collaboration is central to her journey, including projects with geometer Stephen Meakin, architecture studio Hylemo, and audiovisual artist Paul Mortimore.
“The act of making art calms the chaos which shakes my soul. At a time of great planetary change, I humbly work piece by piece to create a more illuminated world. Art has the power to transform, inspire, and awaken us all to a more beautiful, wondrous way of being.” – Sequin Kay, 2024
