Refund policy
No Refunds nor returns
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products before purchasing them, but unfortunately we do not offer returns, nor refunds. Once an artwork is purchased, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. We encourage clients to thoroughly review and inspect artworks prior to purchase.
Website Order Refunds
For artworks purchased through our website, refunds may be considered at our discretion only if there is an error on our part, such as incorrect pricing or misrepresentation of important details about the artwork. In exceptional cases where the price of an item is incorrectly stated, and is clearly derisory compared to its real value, the order may be cancelled. In such cases, we will contact the client within 5 days of having processed the order to initiate the refund process.

Return Policy in regards to Import Documentation
No return or refund will be accepted if the goods are blocked or refused due to documents required by the authorities in the recipient’s country. The customer is responsible for providing all necessary import documents (licenses, certificates, authorizations, etc.) on time. If the goods are returned to the seller because these documents were not provided or sent in time, the customer must pay the shipping fees again for any reshipment.
