Information about the artist : Zohar Yosefian is a contemporary artist renowned for his dynamic fusion of pop art and kinetic sculpture. Born in 1976 into a working-class family, Zohar discovered his artistic talent as a child, using painting as an escape from his challenging everyday reality. To support his family financially, he worked in factories.
In the early 1990s, his parents encouraged him to pursue a more stable profession. However, Zohar's passion for art persisted, leading him to develop a distinctive style characterized by vibrant colors, bold lines, and a playful reinterpretation of iconic pop culture figures. He coined the term "Spontaneous Realism" to describe his approach, which captures the immediacy and energy of the moment.
Zohar's work often features elements of kinetic art, incorporating movement and light to create immersive experiences. His pieces have been showcased in various galleries and exhibitions, reflecting his evolution from street art origins to a recognized presence in contemporary art circles.
