information about the producer: Bearbrick (rendered Be@rbrick) is a collectible toy designe and produced by the Japanese company MediCom Toy Incorporated. The name is derived from the fact that the figure is a cartoon-style representation of a bear and that it is a variation of MediCom’s Kubrick design.

Information about the artist: Banksy, the world famous street artist  gets yet another Bearbrick treatment. First commissioned by the Ocean Rooms nightclub on Morley Street, Brighton, the artwork was originally a six-meter long spray-painted mural, with the figure of the monkey repeated ten times in a row to form a backdrop. It dates back to 2003.
