Information: Lis, a self-taught French artist from the Street Art scene, began with graffiti before developing a refined, symbolic universe. Roses first entered his work, soon followed by butterflies—emblems of freedom, hope, and his own rebirth from construction worker to international artist. His glass sculptures and paintings celebrate this transformation, turning delicate motifs into powerful narratives.

Over the years, Lis has developed a unique technique influenced by his time spent in butterfly greenhouses. From these moments came his vibrant portraits, where swarms of butterflies seem frozen to form iconic figures. Framed under museum glass, each piece shifts with light and perspective, offering viewers a singular and ever-changing experience.
