About the artist: Arcanis wasn't originally destined for a career in art, and yet... He began his career as a metalworker. It was while working in Switzerland, in a palace in Gstaad, that his artistic talent was awakened. 

Combining his skills and ingenuity, Arcanis found his own path and developed his art. He used his knowledge of metallurgy and took up sculpture, which was the first step towards becoming an artist.

His trademark was born with his "Le Bateau" concept. It combines craftsmanship with a certain aestheticism, resulting in a skilful blend between the hardness of metal and the softness of art. A bold, assertive design that perfectly represents Arcanis.
