- Do we ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
- How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
- What shipping carriers do we use?
We use all major carries, and local courier partners. You'll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

- Can I return my product?
We always aim to make sure our customers love our products before purchasing them, but unfortunately we do not offer returns, nor refunds. Once an artwork is purchased, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. We encourage clients to thoroughly review and inspect artworks prior to purchase.
- Website Order Refunds
For artworks purchased through our website, refunds may be considered at our discretion only if there is an error on our part, such as incorrect pricing or misrepresentation of important details about the artwork. In exceptional cases where the price of an item is incorrectly stated, and is clearly derisory compared to its real value, the order may be cancelled. In such cases, we will contact the client within 5 days of having processed the order to initiate the refund process.
- Can I get my product personalised?
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for the customisation options there.
